Begin your journey by filling out our online application form. Your application will be reviewed to ensure it meets our criteria and matches any current vacancies.
If your application is shortlisted, we will invite you for an interview to discuss your qualifications, experience, and teaching philosophy.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to conduct a 45-minute teaching demonstration. You will need to plan and deliver a lesson relevant to the subject you are applying for, showcasing your teaching skills and ability to engage students.
After the teaching demo, we will review your performance and make a final decision. Successful candidates will be contacted with an offer to join the VIDA team.
